Atum Developments is managed via flexibility and teamwork.
As a privately held company, we have the advantage of applying a quick, streamlined decision-making process, which allows us to react effectively to volatile market conditions. This flexibility also enables us to easily integrate our operations into synergistic relationships with joint venture partners.
We have created an organizational structure that encourages a multi-disciplinary approach for maximizing teamwork between our acquisition, development, and sales & leasing teams. This shared process allows us to strategically incorporate the skills and expertise from each of our teams in order to achieve well-balanced decisions. Our teams are led by experts who have been working in their fields for 10 to 35 years.
